Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500.

  • For orders below ₹500, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any customs, duties, or import charges for international shipping (if applicable in future) are the responsibility of the recipient.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

  • Ajjars is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes at this time.


Multiple or Split Shipments

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on size, weight, or availability of items.

  • You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Inspect your package upon arrival. Contact us immediately at ajjarsds@gmail.com if your order is:

    • Lost in transit

    • Arrives damaged

    • Missing items

  • We will investigate and assist with replacements or refunds according to our Return and Refund Policy.
